Migration + Wave Planning
| Permission audit: Gary and Astara flagged permission limitations; Angela helped get to the bottom — included in roadmap for a full audit. |
| Wave plan: CS provided input; need to go through and clean up accordingly. |
| Comms plan: Met with Astara and Kelsey to discuss migration comms plan. Many questions identified that require leadership answers before we can move forward — Kelsey and Astara owning. |

| Wave sequence: Needs to be updated to reflect roadmap changes. |

Duplicate Person Mitigation
| Status: Kafui spent ~2 days on this; not finished. Jeremy merged after branch cut — decided not to patch. |
| Next: Kafui is focused on the agent and will return to this. Once QA verifies, we will discuss whether a hotfix is warranted. |

Kickoff & Sourcing Agents
| Demo: Demoed to Brad, Lucinda, Nemo, and Dan. |
| Pre-launch alignment: Aligned with Kafui and John on the list of improvements and cleanup needed before launch. |
| Analysis: Spent most of the week reviewing kickoff documents, criteria generation, and sourced candidates (2 versions) to identify improvements. Candidate quality still falling short of the bar — targeting MVP by the 10th. |

| Risk — Agents MVP: Agent still needs work to incorporate similar projects and improve candidate quality. Targeting the 10th, though Mahi noted end of month would also be acceptable. To-do list is clear; execution and iteration are the path forward. |
| Risk — Duplicate Company Mitigation: This is a Q2 item scoped for the Kings release. It has taken a back seat to agents work and may slip. Will have a clearer picture this week once sprint goals are set. |
