Kickoff & Sourcing Agents
| • JP completed frontend updates to include breadcrumbs in the agent workflow, update the bulk add endpoint, and update document names. |
| • Kafui completed multiple iterations of the sourcing agent based on the new direction to focus on market mapping. |
| • Connected with Mariyam from PDT twice to calibrate the sourcing agent. |
| • Need to confirm DevOps is ready to go. |
| New target launch: Wednesday, June 17th. |
| • Coordinate with Mark Bai and team for initial rollout; loop in Amanda, Regina, and Lee. |
| • John was out Friday, and Kafui is out beginning the afternoon of the 17th for a week. |

Duplicate Person Mitigation
| • QA identified issues on app work. |
| • Kafui needs to fully wrap his work and coordinate with DevOps to ensure everything is ready for production. |

⚠️ Risks, Blockers, Dependencies
|
|
| Risk — Agents MVP: Kafui is out the 17th, so we must wrap his work and confirm production DevOps is ready before then. |
| Risk — Duplicate People Mitigation: Alpha needs Kafui support to fix bugs, and Kafui needs to finish the Python app prior to his OoO on the 17th – with agent work behind, this is at risk. |
| Risk — Duplicate Company Mitigation: Q2 item, but with Kafui out, we will not get it done in Kings. Will be a priority for the following sprint, ahead of further agent work. |

| • Agents rollout to Mark Bai’s team! |
| • Duplicate People and Company Mitigation: Align on clear next steps and timeline with Kafui given his OoO and Alpha team needs. |
| • Clean up wave plan to incorporate roadmap changes and CS input. (carryover from last week) |
