Thrive PM · Weekly Summary

Week of June 22–26, 2026

Discovery  •  Delivery  •  Focus

🚀 Delivery

Outcomes, shipped work, and analytics insights

Kickoff & Sourcing Agent — MVP Launch  ⭐ HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK

•  Rolled out the Thrive AI Labs Kickoff & Sourcing Agent MVP to an initial group of ~25 True users.
•  Stood up the feedback Slack channel and sent the welcome email with a how-to guide.
•  Coordinated with John Parsons to activate the feature flag for all pilot users.

BD Dashboard — Production Deployment

•  Coordinated QA verification and production deployment of the BD dashboard on Tuesday.
•  Caught a sandbox data-loading issue mid-week and worked with the team to resolve it before prod.
•  Verified with Steve, Tim, and Evan that there is no data exposure.
•  Evan flagged an issue with closes data accuracy – connected with True Ops to identify the correct logic.

Release 1.24 / Kings Prep

•  Coordinated between Kafui, Hannah, JP, and Erhan to get Kafui’s support on a few NLS tickets requiring rollback.
•  Duplicate-person indicator ready for production.
•  Opening up the agent entry point to projects with candidates – ready for production.

🔍 Product Discovery

Business cases, product briefs, customer/user interviews, designs

Deduplication

•  Company de-dupe is the top priority – aligned on initial fuzzy-matching logic; will require iteration.
•  Clarified to the broader team that the duplicate-person identifier is currently scoped to True’s tenant only.

Agents

•  AggKnowledge work will begin in Liverpool (TBD on timing since Kafui has NLS work from other teams).
•  Need to finalize and share the draft roadmap.
•  Feedback collection is a top priority (usage will ramp up after the Wednesday release).

Release Notes & Comms

•  Passing the torch to Vincent to generate the Notion and all release comms for Liverpool.

⚠️ Risks, Blockers, Dependencies

Raised with Jacob (VP Eng):
•  Environment sync – lower environments are out of sync with production.
•  QA environments – QA needs dedicated environments to test reliably.
•  Vector search dependencies – need to proactively flag vector search-related tickets to Kafui/Hannah earlier in the cycle (this week’s sandbox data-loading issue was a near-miss caught before prod).

🎯 Focus for Next Week

•  Collect and triage pilot feedback from the ~25 True users on the Kickoff & Sourcing Agent.
•  Advance company de-dupe.
•  Complete discovery for AggKnowledge and the agent roadmap.
•  Wave plan refinements.

Happy to walk through any of this in more detail.
