Outcomes, shipped work, and analytics insights
Liverpool Release
| Shipped: Thrive v2 production release went live Wednesday evening |
McLaren (Next Release)
| Custom field filtering + column sort: In progress, slated to deliver in McLaren (held from Liverpool per QA) |
| Start AggKnowledge integration for sourcing agent |
| Start working on NLS bugs (Santhosh) |
Kickoff & Sourcing Agent
| 12 users in the True pilot group have tried the agents on at least one project |
| Working to get raw inputs (notes + criteria) to get insights from that on top of user-reported feedback |
⚠️ Risks, Blockers, Dependencies
| Migration open-issue volume is real as the Aug 21 pilot approaches — field mapping is surfacing 1.0 data without a home in 2.0 that needs product input; issues surfaced more app work needed that must be prioritized ASAP |
| • Resolve any new 1.0→2.0 field mapping questions as they come up |
| • Prioritize new app work based on migration mapping gaps from open issues — align app team and migration team |
| • Continue to collect feedback on agents |
| • Work with True Ops and Paul to come up with a dupe resolution plan for companies and people (pushed from last week) |
Happy to walk through any of this in more detail.
